Lichen Poem: The Succubus Shannon

The Succubus Shannon By Caden738

Not a metaphor–Yes she’s very real.

Shannon, oh shannon, you used to be a dear

Yet shannon, oh shannon now I–and many others–see it clear

You hid–you lied–and now you will be fried

The stake awaits you sweet girl.

With enough hay for ten horses

Well that should do you good

I’m sorry Shannon, but I wouldn’t save you if I could

You took a father, and a sister

You stole them both from me

Now burn, and say goodbye

Because at dawn–Shannon You die
