Lost Lichen Poem: Days Stand Still, In Louisville

Days Stand Still by Caden738

Days stand still

Out here in Louisville

Never any excitement, or joy

Kids chop wood, forget about any toy

The days never go no where

Everyone knows everything, their ain’t never nothin’ to share

So the days go by, and they never do fly

They just slowly inch on

Monday through Friday work at the mill

On the weekends mow your lawn

That’s just life here in Louisville

We’re jealous of how they live in Louisville Kentucky

We got the wrong Louisville!

Man we never get lucky

Guess we’re just stuck here in Washington…

This Is A Lost Lichen Poem
